I had a probate property from the 1930s that had been derelict for a year and a half, so I required a surveyor with an understanding of older properties. Nasir isn’t a “yes man”. He gave me the facts-even if that wasn’t what I wanted to hear. When I asked about potential issues, such as intrusive plants in my garden or details on the building’s structure, he clearly explained what falls within his expertise as a surveyor and what doesn’t (Nasir is not a structural engineer or a plumber, he is a surveyor). He even guided me to the right professionals for further help. I got exactly the detailed information I needed.
