Kept a great communication with them throughout the whole time, the report came within specified time frame, the report itself has been incredibly detailed, full of pictures as well as guidelines and suggestions, recommendations of what to get before buying the property and things to look out in the future.

We have had a great experience with Smart Home Surveyors. Nasir had a call with me and my husband prior to the survey taking place to address all queries and concerns. The report came through quite quickly and the Nasir had another call with us to go through any questions we had off of the back of the report. Brilliant service, would absolutely recommend.

I had a Level 3 survey carried out and was impressed by how detailed and thorough the report was. It clearly highlighted both urgent and long-term issues, with estimated repair costs, which gave me a much better understanding of the property and helped during the decision-making process. The surveyor was professional, approachable, and easy to contact for follow-up questions. I would strongly recommend spending the extra on a Level 3 survey for anyone making such a significant long-term investment, as it provides real peace of mind.

Nasir was superb throughout the whole process. Booked the L3 Building Survey within a reasonable time and the report was very detailed and thorough. Compared to others Nasir actually spends near enough a full day carrying out the survey which is shown in the report and original. As I was close to exchanging he was also able to produce the report a little earlier than the original return time which was very helpful to me and the quality of the report was not reduced.

Nasir then goes through the survey once report is received and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

I was able to get a reduction of £5k from my original offer due to Nasir picking up on something as he is quite thorough in his inspection which could have been missed by other surveyors.

From initial enquiry through to delivery, Nasir the surveyor and Dina the office manager were responsive and easy to reach.

The Level 3 report was detailed and thorough, identifying issues I had not even considered and providing practical, realistic cost advice that aligned with builder quotes. It included clear photos, including helpful drone images of the roof.

Nasir was also very willing to talk everything through, spending time on the phone to explain findings and answer questions. Being verifiable on the RICS accreditation site was an added reassurance.

Pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but felt fair for the level of detail and service. There were a few typos, and while the full report took 7 working days, I did receive a same-day overview via a call I initiated.

Overall, a very positive experience – thorough, professional, and reassuring, with only minor points to note. The survey gave me the clarity I needed to make an informed decision and understand what I’d be taking on.
