I had a probate property from the 1930s that had been derelict for a year and a half, so I required a surveyor with an understanding of older properties. Expect Critical Surveys:

A surveyor’s job is to uncover issues and find problems so you can go away and renegotiate a price. Finding problems might be unsettling, but it’s far better than discovering them after purchasing your property.

The Report:

The report from Smart Home Surveyors was very comprehensive. It featured an easy to navigate layout with an index, a condition rating using a color indicator, and a summary page outlining all the key issues. The photos were especially helpful in quickly pinpointing problem areas.

Nasir provided me with a Level 2 Homebuyer survey for my recent home purchase. From start to finish the service provided has been nothing short of excellent! We initially had a telephone appointment, samples being provided, followed by a thorough survey of the home within the timescale stated. Once receiving my survey we proceeded with another appointment going through all the details of the property, explaining what I should look out for and how to overcome.
